CoStore
CoStore is a service concept developed to activate vacant retail spaces by facilitating short-term collaborations between small fashion and lifestyle brands. By curating pop-up stores where multiple brands share rent, responsibilities, and foot traffic, CoStore lowers the barrier to physical retail presence. The project includes concept development, branding, digital pretotype testing, and strategic communication – all grounded in sustainable business thinking and user-centered design.
